Shipping

In January of 2013, The Magical Druid opened up a physical shop. As a result, you can now choose "in store pickup" as a shipping option and we'll contact you when you can drop by and pick up your order. We're located at 3165 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43202.

We can also provide "in store pickup" at festivals we are attending (contact us to find out if we'll be somewhere). If you live far away and aren't sure about our shipping options, please let us know by contacting us at "info[at]magicaldruid.com" or our Contact Page and we will find a way to get you the item you want.

Most of our items are created by hand at this time: as we make them, we will put them up for sale. See something you like but it's sold out? Let us know and we'll make it for you special!

International? - If there is an international shipping option, please choose that: if you choose the cheapest (domestic) shipping method, please understand that we may be required to contact you to arrange for additional shipping fees prior to shipment, or your item may be shipped via a slower method than you may wish. If an international order chooses to ship using a domestic rate, most small items are simply sent via First Class USPS mail, which has no guaranteed shipping time.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days if they have not been used or the packaging remains unopened. Items that have been used in a ritual or other energy/magical working may not be returned. Items that have been damaged may not be returned. The Magical Druid, LLC, may determine, at its sole discretion, if an item is in a returnable condition or not, and reserves the right to provide store credit or exchange in lieu of a refund for any item. There is no express or implied guarantee that any product, supply, or spell will work for you, and in fact will inform you that you must make efforts in the physical world to effect change with any item we provide.

Refunds: The Magical Druid will replace items broken in shipment as long as customer provides photos of the shipping materials and product. We do not issue refunds for products. We will offer refunds for unattended classes providing we are contacted 24 hours prior to scheduled class.
